All pages that start with "Help:" (ie the Help namespace) can be assumed to belong here. In addition, pages in other namespaces (eg Engineering:) can help readers and/or contributors.

[edit] Achieving meaningful order

Pages normally list in categories according to strict alphabetical order of page name, even if that starts with a "namespace" such as "Help:". To avoid that for pages that are not in the main namespace where desired, if the editor adds a pipe just before the closing brackets on the page, the page will be listed here in order of whatever is typed after the pipe. Example below: [[Category:Help|Searching]] list under "S" instead of "H".
